Passenger Service Agent

Job Summary:

As a Passenger Service Agent, you will play a vital role in providing a seamless travel experience for our airline customers. You will be responsible for assisting passengers throughout their journey, from check-in to baggage claim and beyond.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive support to passengers during arrival and departure processes, including assistance with special needs such as unaccompanied minors (UM), VIP passengers, and those requiring wheelchair assistance.
  • Collaborate with Ramp Service Agents to ensure the efficient handling of wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked baggage.
  • Operate essential equipment, including jetways, computer systems, and airline-specific reservation/ticketing software.
  • Assist wheelchair-bound passengers by navigating them through all airport areas, including terminals and gates.
  • Offer personalized assistance to passengers, including lifting bags weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Verify passenger documentation and guide them through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in reading, speaking, and understanding the English language.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Successful completion of an extensive background check, including fingerprinting and criminal history record check as required by federal law.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
