About the Role:
* Salary: $160,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience
* Estimated hours: 36 or 48 hours per week
* Contract type: Travel contract, with opportunities for long-term placement
* Location: Pacific campus, Providence Pavilion for Women & Children, Everett, WA
Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes
Requirements:
* Current RN licensure in the state of Washington
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a maternity unit setting
* ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, and BCLS certifications required
* Ability to float between units based on hospital need
* High level of physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
