Estimated Salary: $28,000 - $38,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description: As a Personal Support Specialist, you will provide personalized care and companionship to our Veteran clients in their homes. This role offers caregivers autonomy, consistency, and the opportunity for fulfilling relationships. Each day, you will typically visit a few clients, providing assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Visits are completed between the hours of 7am-7pm throughout the week.

Responsibilities:
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and social interaction to clients.
  • Care Plan Services: Perform services authorized on the Care Plan, such as transferring, bathing, and range of motion (ROM) exercises.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Nursing Assistant Certification / CNA in Minnesota.
  • Valid documentation to work in the United States.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
