Job Summary:

Drum & Quill is seeking a skilled Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing food and drink orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Main Responsibilities:

• Food and Beverage Service: Take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure timely service.
• Customer Service: Provide menu recommendations, answer questions, and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Table Management: Manage table assignments, ensure cleanliness, and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Payment Processing: Handle transactions, process payments, and maintain accuracy.

Requirements:

• Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Teamwork: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
