Fire Alarm Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Alarm Technician to join our team at Summit Fire Protection. As a Fire Alarm Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, servicing, and maintaining various types of fire detection and alarm systems.
Key Responsibilities- Install, inspect, and service fire detection and alarm systems
- Perform system testing and signal verification
- Complete and submit all required task-related activities and documentation in a timely manner
- Seek out additional sales and service opportunities within existing customer locations
- Develop long-term relationships with customers and maintain customer retention
- Mechanical ability and basic hand tool knowledge
- Low voltage experience
- Ability to lift 75 lbs.+, safely use of ladders, work overhead, and work in tight spaces
- Work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Organizational skills are essential for success
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly is a must
- High school degree or equivalent
- NICET license, preferred
