Madden's is a renowned resort that offers an exceptional experience to its guests. We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Madden Brother's Market.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to assist customers with purchases and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a passion for delivering high-quality beverages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Assist customers with purchases, answer questions, and provide recommendations on our products.
  • Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
  • Store Operations: Perform opening and closing procedures, restock shelves, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer-facing role preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a passion for delivering high-quality beverages.
