Nurse Care Provider

About the Job: As a Nurse Care Provider, you will be responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care in a variety of settings, including hospital wards, clinics, and community health programs. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions. Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or equivalent experience.
- Current California RN license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
