We are seeking a highly qualified Adjunct Faculty member to teach Surgical Technology Practicum I at Rasmussen University. The successful candidate will have a strong background in surgical technology and be able to provide a dynamic and engaging learning environment for students.
Key Responsibilities- Teach Surgical Technology Practicum I to students in a clinical setting
- Develop and implement curriculum to meet the needs of students
- Assess student learning and provide feedback
- Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure a cohesive learning experience
- Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to the development of the program
- Master's degree in Surgical Technology or a related field
- Active, unrestricted CST or CST/CSFA certification
- 2+ years of experience in surgical technology or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide a high level of customer service
