Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics, or Math; Master's Degree in Engineering or another technical field highly desired.
  • 7+ years of professional systems/software development experience in technically rigorous environments.
  • Strong technical background in system design, integration, and deployment, with expertise in Naval combat systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
  • AEGIS or SSDS platform experience (e.g., support, integration, test).
  • Solid understanding of networking principles, protocols, and security best practices.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
Competencies:
  • Solid analytical abilities, coupled with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguous situations.
