About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team at Florida Cancer Specialists. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and evaluating the overall nursing care and functions of our oncology department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff, including assigning tasks and evaluating performance.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment plans.
  • Identify and address any issues or concerns related to patient care or staff performance.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse, licensed in the State of Florida.
  • At least two years of experience in hematology/oncology nursing, preferably in a clinical or hospital setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Current CPR certification and valid driver's license.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
