Responsibilities
  • Assist with examination and treatment of patients under the direction of a provider
  • Perform select clinical duties, including interviewing patients and recording information on patient charts
  • Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations and maintain a clean and orderly environment
  • Document provider encounters with patients, including diagnoses, symptoms, and follow-up instructions
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date
  • Medical Assistant certification within 3 months of hire date
  • High school diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience
