The Physician is responsible for addressing a wide range of health-related issues, engaging in both moderately complex and intricate situations that necessitate thorough analysis and evaluation of various factors.

This role emphasizes outpatient care, ensuring continuity of treatment, promoting health maintenance, and focusing on disease prevention. The Physician will maintain comprehensive medical histories and records, and refer patients to specialists when necessary.

Additionally, the Physician will begin to shape departmental strategies and make informed decisions on complex matters concerning technical approaches to project components, operating with a significant degree of autonomy.


Impact and Compensation:

Utilize your expertise to create a meaningful impact on patient lives. The total compensation package, which includes base salary and bonuses, has the potential to exceed $300,000, depending on experience and location.


Qualifications:
Required:
  • Current and unrestricted medical license or willingness to obtain one in the state of practice.
  • Graduation from an accredited MD or DO program.
  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (Geriatric Medicine preferred).
  • Active and unrestricted DEA license.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of interpersonal skills and effective communication with colleagues and patients.
  • Commitment to the integrated team-based care model.
  • Adaptability to practice in a value-based care environment.
  • Exceptional patient service skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including email and electronic medical records.
  • Participation in the Tuberculosis (TB) screening program is required.

Preferred:
  • Two to five years of relevant experience.
  • Experience managing a Medicare Advantage patient panel with an understanding of best practices in coordinated care.
  • Familiarity with Medicare guidelines and coverage.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of HEDIS quality indicators.
