Land Surveyor Role at Diamond Ridge Construction

We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to contribute to the success of our organization in Yorkville, IL. As a Land Surveyor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and precision of land surveying services for various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform land survey work using surveying principles and practices, and modern survey equipment.
  • Operate instrumentation, clear brush, drive stakes, hold chains or rods, record data, prepare sketches, and maintain equipment as needed.
  • Utilize surveying software applications to gather, retrieve, and interpret important data, and perform basic survey computations.
  • Contribute to the development of cutting-edge technology projects, including laser scanning, robotics, GPS systems, and drone technology.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in surveying, or high school graduate with a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to perform all work in a safe and responsible manner, in accordance with our Health and Safety Plan.
