Pickleball Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pickleball Instructor to lead our pickleball programs and services. As a Pickleball Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to players of all ages and skill levels.

• Conduct private and group pickleball lessons, clinics, and camps
• Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to individual student needs
• Organize and lead pickleball events and tournaments
• Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to help players improve their skills
• Maintain a safe and enjoyable learning environment
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in pickleball

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Pickleball Instructor or relevant coaching experience
• In-depth knowledge of pickleball rules, techniques, and strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire players of all ages and skill levels
• CPR and First Aid Certification is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
