Clinical Support Specialist

At Community Services Institute, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Support Specialist to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of others.
Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to provide administrative support to our psychiatry department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely client movement, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.
About the Role:- Attend weekly group supervision meetings with Psychiatry Manager
- Interface with reception to ensure timely client movement
- Escort clients virtually using telehealth technology
- Check vitals, start psychiatric e/m notes, and communicate schedule updates
- Provide administrative support to the psychiatry department
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation
- Communicate effectively with staff and clients
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Good computer skills
- Organizing, planning, and prioritizing work
- Communicating with supervisors and peers
- Making decisions and solving problems
- $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
- 2 weeks paid time off in the first year for full-time employees
