Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to provide administrative support to our psychiatry department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely client movement, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role:
  • Attend weekly group supervision meetings with Psychiatry Manager
  • Interface with reception to ensure timely client movement
  • Escort clients virtually using telehealth technology
  • Check vitals, start psychiatric e/m notes, and communicate schedule updates
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the psychiatry department
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation
  • Communicate effectively with staff and clients
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • Good computer skills
  • Organizing, planning, and prioritizing work
  • Communicating with supervisors and peers
  • Making decisions and solving problems

  • $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
