Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our medical staff as a Per Diem RN. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate total nursing care for patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care, utilizing standards of care developed by the hospital.
  • Apply knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patient served, including infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
  • Initiate and coordinate patient teaching, delegate responsibilities for care, and make assignments according to the skills of caregivers.
  • Evaluate patient responses to interventions and demonstrate an ability to exercise independent judgment in times of need and emergency situations.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing, BSN preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of RN experience.
  • MA RN License.
  • BLS and/or ACLS required.
  • Additional certification required where applicable.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Meditech experience preferred.
  • ICU-ACLS, Emergency Department-PALS and ACLS, Operating Room-ACLS, PACU-ACLS, and Interventional-PALS and ACLS certifications.
