As a BCBA with JEWELS, you'll conduct assessments, collaborate with professionals, and guide our behavior technician team. We're seeking a candidate with a strong commitment to evidence-based practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
  • Design, implement, and monitor ABA programs.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive services.
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians and support staff.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and progress reports.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments as required by insurance protocols.

Benefits:
  • Competitive salary: $75,000-140,000 per year

Requirements:
