Room Attendant Role at Buffalo Lodging Associates

We are seeking committed Room Attendants to join our esteemed hospitality team. This position is vital in ensuring our guest accommodations are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.

The Room Attendant will be responsible for upholding the quality of our guest rooms and suites, contributing significantly to the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Thoroughly cleaning designated rooms and suites, which includes tasks such as mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, changing bed linens, making beds, and sanitizing bathrooms.
  • Promptly reporting any maintenance issues or concerns to the supervisor.
  • Providing outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests efficiently.
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as required.
