Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Psychologist to join our educational team at ProCare Therapy. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with students, teachers, parents, and administrators to support the academic, emotional, and social development of students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments of students to identify areas of strength and weakness.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that cater to the unique needs of each student.
  • Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to students, promoting a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to address academic, behavioral, and emotional challenges, ensuring students receive the support they need to succeed.
  • Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments to interventions as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in meetings and consultations to support student success and provide expert guidance to the educational team.
Requirements:
  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid School Psychologist certification in Washington State.
  • Experience working in a school setting is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
