We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Residential Home Health and Hospice. As a member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.
About the RoleThis position is responsible for collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans. You will work closely with patients in Owosso and surrounding areas to help them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

To be considered for this role, you must possess a Bachelor of Science or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a school with an Occupational Therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Council of Medical Education of the American Medical Association in collaboration with the American Occupational Therapy Association. Additionally, you must have a minimum of one year of healthcare experience and demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software.
