About the Job

This is a 13-week contract position with 36 hours per week, working 12-hour shifts, days. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of recent experience in ICU and a willingness to be flexible and adaptable in new environments.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to meet the needs of patients
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of New Mexico
  • 1-2 years of recent experience in ICU
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, days
  • Flexibility and adaptability in new environments
