Machine Technician

We are seeking a skilled Machine Technician to join our dynamic team in Stevensville, MT. This role involves operating machine shop equipment to support the pipe and fittings production departments.

Responsibilities:

• Operate precision equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and measuring devices with accuracy.
• Work with tight tolerances to ensure high-quality products.
• Read blueprints and sketches to understand production requirements.
• Perform basic turning, milling, drilling, and grinding operations.
• Drive forklifts and operate overhead cranes safely and efficiently.
• Repair, rebuild, and modify tooling as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Excellent communication and math skills are essential.
• Prior machining experience is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

• Manufacturing plant environment with regular exposure to machinery and equipment.
• Requires good mobility and involves routine walking, standing, bending, and lifting.
