  8. Process helpdesk tickets for repairs and technical support, ensuring timely resolution.
  9. Oversee inventory, budget, and account records to maintain accurate financial reporting.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with computer applications involving word processing, data entry, and internet search software.
