Stratosphere Quality, a global leader in quality assurance and outsourcing solutions, seeks an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our manufacturing facilities. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in quality control and team leadership.

We offer a competitive salary of $18.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes medical benefits, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan after 60 days of employment.

About the Role

The Manufacturing Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all teams within assigned locations operate according to standards and requirements, including safety protocols.
  • Developing work instructions and training inspectors on proper procedures relevant to the project.
  • Managing customer relationships and communicating with customer/job site contacts as needed.
  • Serving as interim acting job leader when the project supervisor is unavailable.

The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, flexibility, and adaptability, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
