Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing of our products.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive store environment, including maintaining a clean and organized store, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management, including maintaining stock levels and ensuring merchandise is displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
