Job Summary:
Casual Fridays is a hotel marketing agency looking for a Sales & Marketing Operations Manager to drive new client acquisition and oversee marketing initiatives that showcase our expertise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, sales, or business development, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Main Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and connect with potential clients through research, outreach, and CRM campaigns.
- Develop and maintain workflows in HubSpot to ensure efficient lead management and tracking.
- Create and send proposals, respond to RFPs, and assist with client pitches.
- Support sales calls to discuss the agency's offerings and build relationships with prospective clients.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content on the agency's social media channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Assist in managing the agency's newsletter, email campaigns, landing pages, podcast, and video content to promote thought leadership.
- Work with our paid media expert to develop and execute paid campaigns promoting the agency.
- Monitor and report on the success of sales and marketing efforts, suggesting areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new marketing packages and promotional materials.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development (internships or part-time roles are acceptable).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create compelling sales materials.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) and project management software (we currently use Monday.com).
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) and content planning.
- A creative mindset with a passion for marketing and an eagerness to learn.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong English communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
