Salary

The compensation package includes a competitive hourly rate of $12 or a sliding scale commission structure, whichever is greater, ensuring fair remuneration for your skills and dedication. Additionally, you'll have opportunities to earn tips and enjoy discounts on services and products.

Job Description

We're looking for an Experienced Stylist to join our team, where you'll be responsible for providing world-class hair services to our clients. This entails:

  • Communicating effectively with guests, ensuring a friendly, attentive, and courteous experience.
  • Educating clients on products while maintaining an exceptional level of service from start to finish.
  • Promoting J.Con's values and reputation through professional representation.
  • Performing haircut, color, style, and treatment services to meet client expectations.
  • Building and retaining a loyal client base.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • An approachable and positive attitude.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performance team.
  • A willingness to adapt to fast-paced environments and learn continuously.
  • Enthusiasm, passion, and a commitment to excellence.
  • A valid Cosmetology degree and Florida Cosmetology license.
