About AWS Support
AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) drives revenue and growth across various customer segments. Our Global Support team collaborates with leading companies, believing that exceptional support is vital for customer success.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming experience in at least one language
- 5+ years of experience in leading design or architecture of systems
- Experience mentoring or leading an engineering team

Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the full software development lifecycle
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Experience in developing AI/ML applications
