Litigation Attorney

The Rosen Law Firm, P.A. is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Litigation Attorney to join its team in Jenkintown, PA.

This is an exciting opportunity for a new graduate or an associate with 0 to 5 years of litigation experience to work on high-profile securities class actions cases.

As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for handling significant responsibilities in the handling of our cases, including working independently, conducting research, and drafting documents.

• Conduct research and analysis to support case development and strategy
• Draft and review documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Assist in the preparation and trial of cases, including expert witness interviews and depositions

• JD degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to the Pennsylvania bar or eligible for admission
• 1-5 years of litigation experience preferred
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
