We are seeking a skilled Swim Instructor to join our Aquatics team in Cambridge, MA. As an employee, you will enjoy a competitive salary of $38-$50 per hour, depending on experience.

You will provide effective and safe swim instruction to adults and children participating in private or small group lessons. Your primary focus will be designing individualized programs that cater to participants' interests, abilities, and goals.

This part-time position offers flexible work hours and the ability to create your own schedule. You will need to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems efficiently.

• Be at least 17 years old.
• Possess Adult & Child CPR/AED/First Aid certification from a recognized organization.
• Hold 2+ years of experience in swimming instruction (strongly preferred).
• Have a strong swim background and proficiency in all strokes.
• Show ability to work independently and manage electronic systems.
