Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  • Five years of experience in product engineering, process engineering, project engineering, project management, and/or research laboratory in a private, public, government, or military environment.
  • Current, valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Seven years of experience in product engineering, process engineering, project engineering, project management, and/or research laboratory in a private, public, government, or military environment.
  • Experience in regulated product categories with expertise in product risk assessments, product safety, and product reliability.
  • Demonstrated history of significant contributions to an organization through growth initiatives.
  • Collaborative interpersonal style with experience in leading project teams.
  • Strong communication skills, proven ability to develop and maintain productive networks within the 3M technical community.
Work Environment

Work location: Maplewood, MN or Springfield, MO.

On-site with flexibility (Job duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Maplewood at least 4 days per week).

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international.

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized.

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
