Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff by adhering to OSHA guidelines.
  • Prepare the C-arm for procedures and ensure it's functioning properly.
  • Set up the procedure room for the physician and verify patient documentation.
  • Position patients on the procedure table and assist with imaging during procedures.
  • Work closely with anesthesia staff to ensure a smooth patient experience.
  • Track inventory and order necessary medications and supplies.
  • Assist with patient recovery and transition to a wheelchair.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications, Education, and Experience
  • Completion of an ARRT-approved school of radiologic technology.
  • Current state radiologic license(s) or certificate(s) as required by federal and state regulations.
  • 1+ years of experience operating a C-arm, preferred.
  • Positive and upbeat personality required.
Skills and Abilities
  • EMR experience required.
  • MS Outlook experience preferred.
Physical Demands and Requirements

The physical demands of this role include:

  • Walking and standing for approximately 90% of the workday.
  • Ability to sit at a desk for approximately 10% of the workday.
  • Exerting up to 25 lbs. of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects.
  • Finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination to work on computer, telephone, and related office equipment.
  • Repetitive wrist, hand, and/or finger movement to type and work on a computer.
  • Clarity of vision and ability to adjust focus.
  • Ability to speak and hear clearly.
  • Communicate with patients verbally and write legibly.
