Job Title: Salon Attendant

Join our team at Encore Boston Harbor as a Salon Attendant, where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional guest experiences in our salon and spa. As a Salon Attendant, you will assist our skilled stylists with their daily operations, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist stylists with guest services, including shampooing, towel service, and equipment preparation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, adhering to Encore standards of cleanliness and appearance.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive and friendly experience for all guests.
  • Work collaboratively with the salon team to achieve excellent guest satisfaction and maintain a safe and pristine work environment.
  • Perform various tasks as assigned by management, including but not limited to: restocking retail shelves, preparing refreshments, and assisting with inventory management.
Requirements:
  • Active Cosmetology license by the Board in Massachusetts.
  • TIPS training.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
