About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Partner to join our team at Petfolk in Mansfield, TX. As a Business Partner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of our pet care center, driving key metrics, and delivering gold standard medicine in partnership with our Lead or Partner Veterinarian.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Interactions: Act as the point of contact for all client concerns, manage the flow of clients, and guarantee client satisfaction and education.
  • Personnel/Human Resources: Responsible for interviewing, retention, and scheduling of support staff, creating a functional support staff schedule, supervising support staff personnel, and mediating all personnel problems.
  • Operations: Assist with the implementation of standard operating procedures and hospital protocols, oversee building and equipment maintenance, and ensure adherence to established housekeeping standards.
  • Accounting/Financials: Audit hospital personnel performance, prepare biweekly payroll, review established key performance indicators, and manage inventory.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to manage KPIs and change behavior to drive results.
  • Knowledge of general accounting terms and practices.
  • Knowledge of principles of inventory management.
  • Excellent conflict management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and accept direction.
  • Critical thinking and customer service skills.
