INEOS Olefins & Polymers USA is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist III-IV to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services to support our manufacturing operations.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business needs and drive cost savings.
• Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality products and services.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.

• 3+ years of procurement experience, with a minimum of 5 years for Procurement Specialist IV.
• BA/BS or equivalent business experience and a minimum of High school diploma or GED.
• Technical background and knowledge of procurement and chemical plant work practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and make decisions with limited consultation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
