We are looking for a talented and experienced Injection Molding Maintenance Supervisor to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance, repair, and optimization of injection molding machinery.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the peak performance and reliability of injection molding machines.
- Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on injection molding equipment to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with production teams to plan and execute machine maintenance, ensuring smooth transitions between various product runs.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with injection molding machines, implementing effective solutions to maintain continuous operation.
- Develop and enforce maintenance procedures and protocols to enhance machine performance, longevity, and safety standards.
- Leverage automation expertise to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and support the integration of advanced technologies in injection molding operations.
- Manage spare parts inventory to ensure critical components are available, minimizing downtime during maintenance activities.
- Mentor and train maintenance staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and skill enhancement.
- Work closely with production and tool room teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in injection molding maintenance.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in injection molding operations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of injection molding machines, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Strong background in automation processes related to injection molding equipment.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficient in developing and implementing maintenance procedures and protocols.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and compliance in an industrial environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Capability to endure intermittent bending, crouching, pushing, pulling, stooping, and reaching.
- Willingness to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work in varying conditions, including extreme temperatures, noise, dust, and dirt.
