Job Summary

As a Senior Meat Cutter at Walmart, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meat products to our customers. This position requires a strong understanding of meat cutting techniques, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meat Cutting and Preparation: Process meat according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other associates to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and making recommendations on meat products.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, rotating stock and managing waste.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience: 6 months of experience working in a fresh production department.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and basic math skills.
