At Northern Haserot, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Will Call Office Associate. This role is responsible for assisting the warehouse and sales teams, as well as customers, through accurate processing of will call orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional interactions with customers, sales representatives, and customer service teams.
  • Follow standard operating procedures for completing will call order processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Utilize multiple computer applications to verify inventory, complete orders, conduct research on order status, and make revisions or corrections to orders/manifests.
  • Close out orders and generate manifests accordingly.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support the team.

Requirements
  • Must be detail-oriented and maintain organizational skills.
  • Must have basic computer skills and be familiar with the Warehouse Management System.
  • Must be capable of operating a pallet jack.
