As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing various sections of the manufacturing facility, ensuring the production of high-quality components while meeting the plant's objectives in safety, quality, and efficiency. The available shift is overnight (11pm-7:30am).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all equipment and processes are safe for employees and the environment, achieving safety targets.
  • Adhere to the Quality Management and Environmental Management System standards and safety protocols on a daily basis.
  • Detect and rectify quality issues promptly.
  • Assess and fulfill departmental training requirements, ensuring team members are qualified to operate machinery.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance processes, quality, cost efficiency, and employee development.
  • Guide, instruct, and oversee production staff on performance expectations; address employee concerns; track performance, attendance, and leave.
  • Monitor product flow and adjust staffing strategies to meet customer requirements effectively.
  • Promote continuous improvement in 5S practices, cleanliness, organization, and preventive maintenance.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution; Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
