Job Title: RN Telemetry Contract

Thrive Staffing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Telemetry Contract RN. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN to work in our Telemetry department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and excellent communication skills. As a Telemetry RN, you will be responsible for assessing, implementing, and evaluating care for assigned patients under the direction of the licensed physician.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
  • Implement and evaluate care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and wellness.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and policies.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current RN licensure in Pennsylvania.
  • 1 year of experience in Telemetry nursing.
  • ACLS certification (highly preferred).
  • BLS certification (required).
