Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN to work in our Telemetry department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and excellent communication skills. As a Telemetry RN, you will be responsible for assessing, implementing, and evaluating care for assigned patients under the direction of the licensed physician.
Responsibilities- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
- Implement and evaluate care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and wellness.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and policies.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Pennsylvania.
- 1 year of experience in Telemetry nursing.
- ACLS certification (highly preferred).
- BLS certification (required).
