Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute training programs tailored to meet the needs of our nursing staff
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of training initiatives into daily operations
  • Maintain current licensure as a RN in the state where the center is located
  • Possess 'Train The Trainer' certificate for STNA training
