Grocery Seafood Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Seafood Team Member to join our team at FreshTake Grocery. As a key member of our Meat and Seafood Department, you will be responsible for providing customers with the highest quality seafood products while maintaining excellent service standards.
Your responsibilities will include receiving, inspecting, and stocking fresh seafood deliveries, ensuring quality and freshness. You will also be responsible for preparing and packaging seafood products for sale, including filleting, portioning, and scaling as needed. Additionally, you will maintain proper storage and handling practices to ensure food safety and quality, and set up and maintain attractive seafood displays according to department standards.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a seafood or meat department and possess strong knowledge of seafood handling, preparation, and cooking techniques. Excellent customer service and communication skills are also required, as well as the ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
The estimated salary for this position is $42,000-$52,000 per year, depending on experience. This position requires the flexibility to work a schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and holidays.
