Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment, ensuring they are spotless and ready for use.
  • Porter Services: Maintain the flow of work by clearing dining room bus bins, receiving and putting away delivery orders, and disposing of garbage.
  • Operations Support: Complete open and close checklists, conduct regular checks of the dining room, and ensure overall unit safety and sanitation goals and policies are met.
  • Team Player: Demonstrate a positive demeanor and excellent relationship-building skills, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience: One year of dishwashing experience is preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and accurately meet deadlines.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to bend and lift 50 lbs, and stand on your feet for extended periods.
