Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at BSA Hospital.

Responsibilities:

* Provide physical therapy services in an acute care hospital setting.
* Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess and treat patients.
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
* Utilize Epic EMR for patient documentation and tracking progress.
* Ensure patient safety and follow hospital protocols.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 2 years acute experience required.
* Experience with Epic EMR preferred.
* Must live at least 50 miles from the facility.
* Must not exceed more than three requested time off days; none on holidays.
* Former permanent staff must have been gone for 1 year before returning as a traveler.
