About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist PRN to join our team at Ogden Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of technical procedures in the application of radionuclides for diagnosis and treatment of disease in humans.
  • Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including cameras and computers.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and efficient patient care.
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with Federal and Utah Regulatory Commission rules and regulations.
  • Participate in in-service training programs and instruct the demonstration of specific techniques and equipment.
Requirements
  • Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMTCB) or Registered Radiographer (ARRT) certification.
  • Comprehensive understanding of related technology, independent judgment, and complete knowledge of all Federal and Utah Regulatory Commission rules and regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
