">This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, using established standards related to the physical and psychosocial needs of residents, and demonstrating ability to recognize problems, recommend solutions, and respond effectively in emergent situations.
">To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively with diverse groups, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. You should also be knowledgeable about resident education principles to develop self-care programs.
">Required qualifications include a graduate degree from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse, with at least 3 months previous experience in Long Term Care required. A minimum of 400 hours of experience as LPN at another facility is also preferred.
