Position Summary:
As a vital part of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing the ingredients that make our offerings exceptional. Your role will involve cutting, chopping, slicing, labeling, dating, and storing food items while adhering to our high standards of food preparation. The Production Team Member should demonstrate professionalism, respect, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare all recipes in accordance with company standards and specifications.
- Wash designated food items using appropriate treatments.
- Chop and slice vegetables as required.
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately.
- Store, label, and rotate food items to ensure freshness.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food storage areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Follow all food safety protocols diligently.
- Comply with uniform and personal hygiene standards.
- Monitor product freshness and manage inventory effectively.
- Operate large kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Be prepared to stand for extended periods and lift items as necessary.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
