Responsabilidades Clave

Como Sanitation Specialist, serás responsable de:

  • Apoyar el programa de seguridad alimentaria de la empresa mediante la limpieza y desinfección adecuada de equipos y áreas de trabajo.
  • Realizar tareas de limpieza siguiendo los procedimientos estándar de operación (SSOP).
  • Capacitar a otros en el uso correcto de productos químicos y en los pasos de saneamiento.
  • Identificar y abordar áreas que requieren limpieza profunda, notificando a los departamentos correspondientes.
  • Cumplir con todos los requisitos de seguridad y políticas de la empresa.

Requisitos (Educación/Experiencia)

  • 2-3 años de experiencia en un entorno de planta de alimentos en un rol de saneamiento.
  • Conocimiento intermedio de los pasos de limpieza y desinfección.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo.
  • Habilidades informáticas intermedias, incluyendo experiencia con Microsoft Office.
