Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Firefighter/Paramedic to join our team at the City of Alhambra, CA. As a Firefighter/Paramedic, you will be responsible for responding to emergency calls, providing medical care, and performing firefighting duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to emergency calls and provide medical care to patients
  • Operate fire apparatus and equipment
  • Participate in training exercises and drills
  • Perform maintenance tasks on fire equipment and facilities
  • Collaborate with other emergency responders to ensure effective response to emergencies
Requirements
  • Valid California Paramedic License
  • California State Basic Fire Academy certificate
  • Current Candidate Physical Ability Test (CPAT) passage certificate
  • Valid Class "C" California Driver's License
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
