Premium Server

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Server to join our team at SeatGeek Stadium. As a Server, you will provide exceptional hospitality to our guests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Read and understand Banquet Event Orders to ensure seamless service.
• Carry and transport food and beverage items with ease, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Provide fine dining level food and beverage service to guests, adhering to DLTCC standards of service.
• Initiate and maintain friendly and professional contact with guests, anticipating and meeting their needs.
• Setup and maintain food and beverage stations in various locations throughout the building, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.
• Maintain inventory and stock levels for food and beverage stations, ensuring a seamless service experience.
• Participate in setup and cleanup of food and beverage service items, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Work independently during slower times, demonstrating a high level of autonomy and responsibility.
• Perform safe work practices, contributing to a safe and clean work environment.
• Interact with staff and patrons, demonstrating a high level of social skills and customer service.
• Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and select holidays, demonstrating a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the job, maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism.
• Multitask and handle multiple responsibilities with ease, demonstrating a high level of organizational skills and time management.
• Handle and move objects with ease, maintaining a high level of physical stamina and endurance.
• Demonstrate a customer-focused, positive, and professional attitude, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Read and communicate effectively in the English language, demonstrating a high level of literacy and communication skills.
• Apply basic arithmetic skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, to ensure accurate calculations and transactions.
• Stand for extended periods, bend, stretch, twist, or reach out with the body, arms, and/or legs, demonstrating a high level of physical fitness and mobility.
• Lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 30 lbs. and 15 lbs. often, maintaining a high level of physical strength and endurance.
• Be punctual and maintain consistent attendance, demonstrating a high level of reliability and responsibility.
• Respond to simple complaints or inquiries from customers, members of the business community, and/or regulatory agencies, demonstrating a high level of customer service and communication skills.

• High School diploma or equivalent GED is strongly preferred; equivalent experience may be substituted.
• Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in events, banquets, or restaurants is preferred.
• Must be at least twenty-one years of age to serve alcoholic drinks.
• Must have or be able to obtain an Illinois Basset Certification to legally serve alcohol in Illinois.
